Technology strengthens visibility, but judgment builds confidence.

That perspective echoed throughout CFO Story Club – Delhi Edition 2026, where CFOs, finance leaders and industry experts came together to discuss governance, AI, capital allocation and the evolving responsibilities of modern finance leadership. The conversations moved beyond digital transformation to address a more fundamental question: How do organisations simplify complexity while strengthening control?
As Automation Partner, FinAlyzer was proud to contribute to these discussions through the participation of Sri Ram Kumar C, Kishor Tilokani, and our team.
In his keynote, “Occam’s Razor for Finance Transformation,” Sri Ram Kumar challenged a common assumption—that transformation begins with technology. Instead, he highlighted why lasting change starts with simplifying finance itself by eliminating unnecessary complexity, strengthening governance and creating clarity before introducing automation.
Adding to the dialogue, Kishor Tilokani, Director & Chief Digital Officer, moderated the panel “The Reconciliation: What the Board Sees vs What the CFO Knows,” exploring the gap between reported performance and operational reality. The discussion examined how today’s CFOs navigate board expectations, governance, liquidity and decision-making in an increasingly dynamic business environment.
A common thread emerged across the event: technology improves visibility, but judgment creates confidence. Sustainable finance transformation is not measured by the number of digital initiatives undertaken, but by an organisation’s ability to make faster, better-informed decisions with trust in its financial information.
This reflects what we’ve consistently observed while working alongside finance leaders across industries. The organisations that create lasting value are not those that simply adopt more technology—they are the ones that remove friction, strengthen governance and build decision confidence.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Team CFO Story, led by Razum Rajan, Manya Singhania, Shriya Fathwani, Muskaan Daniel, along with the many volunteers who curated an event rich in thoughtful dialogue and meaningful exchange. A special thanks to Anvika Jain and Sheetal for their seamless coordination behind the scenes.
We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to shape the future of finance leadership—one meaningful conversation at a time.
