Jointly organised by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Bombay Chapter and BCAS – Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society, Tech Conclave 2026 brought together professionals from the internal audit, finance, risk, governance and technology ecosystem to explore how rapidly evolving technology is reshaping the profession.
For FinAlyzer, the conclave was particularly significant as it was our maiden association with IIA Bombay Chapter and BCAS, and our participation as the Gold Partner provided an opportunity to engage with a professional community that represents a relatively new and important audience for us.
More importantly, the event created a platform for meaningful conversations around the evolving role of Internal Audit and the growing intersection between technology, governance, risk and decision-making.
Sri Ram Kumar C, Head – Marketing, Alliances & HR at FinAlyzer, addressed a keynote titled, “Internal Audit in the Age of Dromology.” The session explored an important question: how does Internal Audit remain relevant when the context in which businesses operate is constantly changing?
AI was another important theme at the conclave, particularly around the need to move beyond experimentation and hype towards responsible adoption.
Kishor Tilokani, Director at FinAlyzer, participated in the panel discussion “Audit of AI: What Every Professional Must Know Beyond the Hype.” The conversation explored some of the questions becoming increasingly important for finance and audit professionals—including trust, governance, accountability and understanding what lies behind AI-driven outcomes.
These discussions closely align with FinAlyzer’s belief that technology should not simply automate processes. It should improve visibility, strengthen governance and provide professionals with a stronger foundation for informed decision-making.
FinAlyzer extends its appreciation to the IIA team and the BCAS team for putting together an engaging and thoughtfully executed conclave.
The event was also a collective effort from the FinAlyzer team, with Subrata Bhattacharya and Dixita Mehta playing an important role in shaping and supporting the engagement. A special acknowledgement goes to Nehal Shah and Vikesh Wallia for helping facilitate FinAlyzer’s association with IIA Bombay Chapter and BCAS.
For FinAlyzer, Tech Conclave 2026 was more than an event participation. Its a meaningful beginning to our association with the Internal Audit community—and a conversation we look forward to continuing.
